Absolutely! Frood’s savoury range is formulated with dehydrated plant based ingredients and herbs and is suitable for vegans. Each pack details a variety of handy tips including different proteins that can be added to your dish.

Frood products are naturally high in fibre due to their ingredient composition. Across the range, recipes include


Dehydrated vegetables such as carrot, tomato, onion, peppers and spinach

Plant-based ingredients like wholegrain oats, linseed, and faba bean protein

Herbs and spices, which also contribute small amounts of fibre

These ingredients result in fibre levels typically ranging from around 12g to 17g per 100g (dry product) across the range.

Fibre plays an important role in digestive health and can also help you feel fuller for longer.

Our manufacturing partner operates to high food safety and quality standards and holds a BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) Food Safety certification at AA+ grade, which is the highest rating available and achieved through unannounced audits.

In addition, the site holds a number of recognised certifications and standards, including:

• RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil)
• Halal certification
• SEDEX / SMETA (ethical trade and supply chain standards)
• Gluten Free certification and controls
• Compliance with FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) standards

Frood pouches are made with a blend of plant-based ingredients including vegetables, fibres and, in some recipes, protein sources such as faba bean protein or wholegrain oats. These nutrients can help support satiety (feeling fuller for longer) as part of a balanced diet.

Frood recipes also provide a good source of fibre (typically around 12–17g per 100g in the dry blend), which can further contribute to a feeling of fullness.

As with all foods, how filling a meal is will depend on portion size and what you prepare it with.

Frood products are made with mindful levels of salt, but whether they are suitable for a low salt diet depends on your specific dietary needs. We recommend checking the nutritional information on each pouch and consulting a healthcare professional if you are following a medically prescribed low sodium diet.

All Frood products are manufactured in the United Kingdom.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Frood deliveries are mailbox friendly and therefore do not require signatures upon delivery. Please ensure you follow your order journey via the Royal Mail tracking link, and update the carrier of any special delivery requests directly. 

If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer experience team at Hello@Frood.com with your Order Number. We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours Monday- Friday, although from time to time, it may take us a little longer.

The minimum order quantity is any four Frood Products. Orders with eight or more products qualify for free shipping. 

As your purchase is a perishable food item, it is exempt from the 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means we’re unable to offer a refund unless the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for consumption.

If you believe the item is faulty or there is an issue with its quality, please let us know and provide details (and photos if possible), and we’ll be happy to review this for you.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day. 

Orders placed outside of this time, or over the weekend/ Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Standard Service is a next day delivery service charged at £4.99 per order.


Royal Mail Tracked 48 Standard Service is a two day service charged at £3.99 per order.

As orders are picked and dispatched swiftly, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you need support with an order, please contact  our customer experience team as soon as possible and we will try to assist.

Yes, all our packaging is recyclable including the packaging your order is shipped in.
